Nicole joined Top of the List in 2007 as a project manager and has developed an advanced skillset that includes SEO strategy, content development, social media marketing, and local search optimization. Nicole is also our resident ppc expert, recognized by Google as a Google Ads certified professional. In 2017, Nicole moved forward in her role at Top Of The List to become Vice President.
Clients have long appreciated Nicole’s approachability and positive attitude. “It’s sometimes hard to have a conversation with developers and other ‘tech types’ because of all the jargon,” Mike Jones of The Dunes Resort said. “It has never been that way with Nicole. She explains things in layman’s terms, and she’s genuinely interested in listening to our needs.”
For Nicole, collaborating with clients to achieve solutions comes naturally. A self-described “creative type,” Nicole has written and performed her own music, both as a solo artist and in various duets and groups, for over a decade. The need to adapt, write and rewrite, and actively listen to her co-collaborators are skills that readily transfer to her work in SEO.
Outside of these technical and creative endeavors, Nicole loves spending time with her young daughter, traveling, and cooking.
